Judging from the comments of the admin "leavo" and my own experiences there is currently no way to object in an easy manner (unsubscribe) to all emails we are getting regarding the Itch.io service. This means they are in violation of GDPR article 13 part 2.
To be clear, the GDPR does not differentiate how these emails came to be. "leavo" is insinuating these emails are the result of adding all the purchased products to a global library. However this is a normal and intended usage of the websites functionality and thus not outside the scope of the GDPR.
I hope the Itch.io staff will realise they have to comply with the GDPR if they wish to do business inside the European Union and implement the required functionality within a reasonable timeframe. Otherwise I am forced to report this violation to the appropriate authorities.
